How to read your own glasses
Inside one temple of almost any pair is a three-number code, for example 52 □ 20 145: lens width, bridge width and temple length, all in millimeters. Match them to the table. A 53-55 lens width means the Wayfarer Large or Adventurer Large; 50-52 means Standard; a bridge under about 18 mm or a frame that rests on your cheeks suggests a Low-bridge Headliner; a frame that sits too low with a gap at the top of the nose suggests a High-bridge Skyler or Headliner. Temple length is the number people forget: 145 mm (HSTN) is shorter than the Wayfarer's 150 or 155, and matters if your current temples press behind your ears.
What “High bridge” and “Low bridge” mean
A Low-bridge fit adds depth to the nose pads so the frame sits away from the cheeks on a flatter nose bridge; a High-bridge fit sits the frame higher on a prominent one. Amazon lists the Headliner Low Bridge as its own item; Meta's Skyler page offers Standard and High bridge. Neither changes the width.
What the Optics frames change
The Blayzer and Scriber Optics are the first Meta glasses an optician can actually adjust: interchangeable nose pads, over-extension hinges and adjustable temple tips, “so they're adaptable to your unique face shape” (Meta newsroom). The Meta-brand Adventurer, Fury and Starfire borrow the temple tips and hinges but not the nose pads (Android Central).
